Borage Honey is a delicate and sweet Honey.  It has a very distinctive subtle flavour and is probably the sweetest of honeys.  It has anti-inflammatory properties, helps with gastrointestinal and respiratory disorders.  It is believed to help with cardiovascular disorders and is used in the treatment of PMS (pre-menstural syndrome), including hot flushes.
